Scholarships

Scholarships and fellowships provide significant recognition and monetary reward for students who continue to strive for academic success.

The Scholarships Committee of Universities New Zealand – Te Pōkai Tara administers a wide range of nationally available undergraduate and postgraduate awards.

The scholarships offered are funded from contributions of charitable trusts, individuals, governments and industry.  We currently handle nearly 40 scholarships.

Before contacting us please refer to our frequently asked questions about scholarships.

Scholarships, grants and prizes are also administered by each university. Students should contact their own university scholarships office for more information.

Please read the regulations for each scholarship. These are found on individual scholarship pages.

Before submitting an application please ensure you are eligible to apply for that scholarship.
